日月光今（14）日晚間召開重訊，營運長吳田玉、財務長董宏思連袂出席，表示提議向矽品董事會以每股新台幣55元，現金收購100%矽品股份。吳田玉指出，紫光布局有自己的考量，他不便評論，但強調日月光和矽品合作的最大動機和目標，就在整合產業上下游的配套，持續做出清楚的產品服務創新與差異化，台灣半導體產業才能面對競爭激烈的全球市場。

紫光入股矽品、南茂等私募案，吳田玉說紫光有自己的考量，他不便評論，紫光集團或是其他大力推薦企業布局，這是全世界競爭的一環，他以平常心來看待。但他語重心長表示，過去30多年，台灣對終端市場沒有掌控權，因為內需小，過去台灣半導體在全世界市場板塊下沒有保護傘，靠的是兢兢業業、克勤克儉，以及產品與服務做出差異化，才能在產業前段、後段與組裝，做到執牛耳的地位。

吳田玉指出，如果大家相信全球競爭的本質長線沒有改變的話，就應該回歸基本面，把人才、產業鍊與差異化做進一步的升級。而日月光和矽品合作的最大動機和目標，就在整合台灣的6萬名員工，與產業上下游的配套，以及產品服務的創新與差異化。放眼全球，終端市場及資金絕非長期可以管控的，真正可信可靠的唯有差異化。強調半導體對台灣經濟發展至為重要，今天的抉擇與明日的承擔，危機轉機是一念之間！

專賣品牌高價宅的皇苑建設，在捱過2015年營收5億元的低潮後，去年營收躍進達14億元、年增180％，皇苑董事長郭敏能昨（12）日在尾牙宣布年終獎金大放送，平均5.5～6個月。展望今年房市，郭敏能持樂觀看法，今年4月將推出「御寶」70億元大案。

皇苑建設昨在高雄國賓飯店舉辦尾牙，郭敏能說，以前景氣好時，不覺得品牌與銷售的連結有那麼明顯，可是景氣不好時、特別是去年，「我的感受特別深！」

郭敏能指出，有好幾組客戶，從2年前開始在美術館看屋、甚至看遍高雄的新屋，最後還是選擇皇苑的大樓住宅，因為皇苑的品牌、品質，讓客戶欣然接受。

他透露，創業26年來歷經2次房地產危機，第一次是在2000到2001年間「房子幾乎都賣不出去」；第二次則是2015年，房地產市場由高峰反轉向下，皇苑也受到影響，全年只賣了5億元。

去年終於看到曙光，郭敏能說，由於皇苑堅持品質獲得市場認同，2016年總共賣出14億元，銷售40多戶，更重要的是，總價4千萬元以上的住宅賣超過10戶，最多的則是3千萬左右的產品。

他表示，目前以「低總價、小坪數、低自備款」為市場主流，而皇苑的住宅都是90坪以上，此一高單價、高總價的產品能有14億的銷售佳績，歸功於兩大因素，其一是皇苑品牌獲得市場認同，其二是市場景氣已有明顯轉好跡象。

郭敏能強調，皇苑的一個重要心態是，要在美術館這個優質地段上留下足為世人見證的紀錄，而不是以追求獲利為第一優先考量，因此在推案的規畫、建材都是一時之選，過去15年來，在美術館特區的推案量只有10棟，足見皇苑的用心。

郭敏能樂觀2017年的市場前景。他說，除了既有的皇苑世紀館、御桂園林等建案之外，今年4月將再推出總銷70億的「御寶」，坪數從84到94坪；也因為前景樂觀，郭敏能也大方發送年終獎金，平均5.5到6個月，最高可達8個月。
